County Care Independent Living Limited provides high quality, person-centred support to adults aged between 18-65 with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and Autism. County Care Group offers a variety of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges - as well as older adults that may need support to live well at home. Our servic

es range from care at home, support in the community as well as teaching life skills at our community hubs. Founded in 2010, the County Care Group has since become a leading specialist support and care provider in Hampshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire; working closely with the local County Councils. Our mission is to support every person who requires our services to define and achieve their life goals whilst maintaining their choice, dignity and independence. We will do this by working alongside each customer to understand their needs and support their growth, no matter how challenging their circumstances.

What a brilliant trip to the beach we had! 🌊☀️ It was so lovely to get out of the hub and enjoy a fantastic day at the seaside together. We had lots of fun exploring the rides on the pier 🎡, enjoying some delicious fish and chips, dipping our feet in the sea and, of course, finishing the day with a well-deserved ice cream! 🍦 Project Café Fetcham
