Are you in need of an empowering and restorative day in a non-judgmental & authentic space, with a warm community of women, a soul healing schedule that includes workshops such as a Cacao and Blue Lotus ceremony, the passing of the Munay Ki 13th rite of the womb, shamanic drum journey, heart opening singing circle, dance meditation, somatic yoga for the heart, and much moreโฆ including occasional swearing, and plenty of laughter throughout the day?
Join me (Rachael) of The Wider Reality, and my sister Charlie of Moving Mountains Empowerment Group CIC for a transformative womenโs retreat day. A sanctuary to pause, remember who you are, and reclaim your inner strength and authentic self.
The retreat day will be held at the stunning Wellbeing Campus where we will be having an immersive and relaxing experience, aiming to empower each other, connect in community with other women, and create a deeper connection with ourselves and the wisdom that has always been inside us.
We will also be joined by Yogi, holistic therapist, trauma-informed therapist, and just all round wonderful woman Jo Glassey for a somatic yoga session.
๐ธ WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE DAY ๐ธ
๐ซ Cacao & Blue Lotus Ceremony
Start your day with a sacred Cacao and blue lotus ceremony, where we will honour the spirit of the beautiful heart opening and feminine medicines, Cacao & Blue Lotus. This experience will involve drinking pure ceremonial grade cacao that has been infused with Blue Lotus flower, going deeply within, setting intentions, and sharing in a circle. It's a beautiful way to connect more deeply with yourself and others.

Awaken the body and release stagnant energy through guided breathwork practices.
๐นThe Munay-Ki 13th Rite
Receive this sacred lineage rite of healing and empowerment, honouring the cycles of life and the wisdom carried inside of you.
๐๏ธHeart Songs Workshop
Open your heart and raise your vibration through the power of song. This workshop invites you to explore your voice, connect with your inner self, and harmonise with others in a supportive and joyful environment. You do not need to be "able" to sing (we all can!) to join this workshop.
๐ง Somatic yoga for the Heart
Join the incredible Joanne for a somatic yoga session to soften, open, and return to yourself through mindful movement.
๐Dance Mandala
Move your body freely and joyfully in our dance meditation session with some incredible soul-shaking music! This non-judgmental space encourages you to let go, express yourself, and connect with the rhythm of life. Dance to the beat of your own drum and feel the liberation of unbounded movement. Dance is an incredibly powerful healing tool that we canโt wait to share with you all as we dance together, as we have done as women for aeons. This session is all about throwing off the chains, coming back to your centre, and having some fun!
๐ชShamanic Drum Journey
Let the rhythm of the drum guide you on a journey to your womb space. This shamanic experience will help you connect with your inner wisdom, find clarity, and receive healing insights from the spirit realms. The drum's beat will transport you to a meditative state, allowing for deep exploration and transformation.

The cost for this retreat day is:

- Low income: ยฃ88 (ยฃ44 deposit)
We have 5 low-income spaces available.
Payment plans available if you need to spread out the cost.
The cost of the retreat includes all sessions, materials, lunch, and refreshments.

๐ธ WHO ARE YOUR HOSTS? ๐ธ
Rachael is a trained shamanic healer with over 9 years of experience, an Icaro song healing practitioner, a shamanic energy healer, a Reiki energy healer, a Cacaoista, a medicine woman, a workshop host, and a ceremonial space holder. Rachael has worked for many years running healing retreats for transformation and deep healing, and she also hosts various other wellness and healing events.
Charlie is the founder of Moving Mountains Empowerment Group CIC, a Singing Mamas leader, Reiki Practitioner, Psychology graduate with a fascination of all things heart and mind, and a Women's Circle & Space Holding Facilitator. Charlie's journey has been nothing short of incredible, and through her lived experience, she is now on a mission to empower other women through the art of song and community connection.
