In accordance with Article 9a of the Constitution, notice is hereby given of a General Meeting to be held at 41 Vale Road, Windsor, SL4 5JZ at 8pm on 14 January 2026 to receive a proposal to Wind Up the West Windsor Residents Association.

Members wishing to attend should email the Chair, Frankie Theobalds at [email protected] to notify him of their intention to attend.

Attendance can be in person or online and is open to all members on the membership list as at midnight on 14 December 2025.

Winding up of the West Windsor Residents Association
As you may be aware, I have tendered my resignation as chairman of the WWRA, with my last day in office 31 January 2026.
I have appealed through this Facebook account and the WWRA website for a resident to come forward and take on the running of the association and chairmanship, but the one person who has come forward has been unable to accept.
With this in mind i and current members have little choice but to wind up the WWRA.
It now falls to remaining members to attend an extraordinary general meeting in the coming weeks. To hold the EGM and resolve to wind up the WWRA, Wisdom has kindly volunteered to fund the organisation until 31 December 2025.
An email invitation will be sent in due course while we finalise the wording of the Notice for the EGM.
