A new sanctuary for people affected by cancer in Wi******er has officially launched.

Last week's launch was a superb evening. After our patron, Tim Mitchell, welcomed our distinguished guests, founder Nikki Lynds-Xavier shared her personal experience of cancer and why she has established the Wi******er Cancer Sanctuary. Following the showing of our short film, chair Steve Brine discussed the vital role of wrap-around NHS and voluntary services while setting out our mission.

It was a fantastic event, a great opportunity to share our passion for establishing a charity so badly needed in Wi******er. The response on the evening and each day thereafter has been truly amazing – thank you to everyone who joined us and everyone supporting us!
