Huge thank you to Jill for all her hard work and to those who purchased supporting us with a fantastic donation of £140.00.
This year has been an all time low with very little support and I’ve had to use funds saved for our outside build on vet fees, food, medication and more. I have items coming for a raffle if you are interested x

💕🦔Good morning! I have some amazing news! Handmade for Hedgehogs is absolutely thrilled to have donated £140.00 to North Wi******er Hedgehog Rescue🎉

This includes 50% of the proceeds from my sold-out Autumn Online Sale last Tuesday evening, plus some very kind donations. Thank you all so much for your incredible support! 🙌🦔💕

PS I’m back in my work shop making goodies for the festive season online sale and for a local Christmas Fair - details to follow 🎄😁

Buddy came to us on Tuesday, normally we keep quiet as 48hrs is so critical for underweight juvies and bless he is a full house parasite bingo boy. With passengers of heavy lungworm, capallira and fluke we don’t have great success with ones so poorly. Income at 150g and today 180g I was so happy to find him running to fresh food this morning. He absolutely loves the royal cannin kitten biscuits but as I soak them it gives a gravy type water and he slurps away.
Keep Buddy in your positive thoughts while I tackle the parasites.

Today we said goodbye to a beautiful big female and we supported the guardians of this beauty with an injury to the face. Both hedgehogs are cohabitating in the same garden and both have been upgraded with new houses too. Thank you to the family who continue to support their visitors in their garden who are thriving.

Huge thank you for all the recent donations, life has been incredibly busy here we have released four in the past week and taking in for from an elderly gentleman who had a Hedgehog which came in the house and had babies, so we managed to remove the babies from the house and Mum went on her merry way. These are not small baby hedgehogs these are fully grown but unfortunately they have not had a check over nor food groups that they need so with a little bit of TLC they’ll be out hopefully in the next week if you do have a house spare that you can house male Hedgehogs do keep us in mind?
