Park Yoga has grown in so may ways since I began teaching Park Yoga Wi******er five years ago.
Thank you all for your invaluable support in this fantastic venture.

🫶 This year we've hit an incredible milestone of over 100,000 attendances this summer!

💚 We could never have imagined we'd be supporting so many people's wellbeing when we started 10 years ago. Thanks to every participant, instructor, volunteer and partner who's helped us achieved this.

🌷 Park Yoga brings free, accessible yoga to communities all over the UK and we can't wait to see everyone for the final 3 weeks of the season.

Wonderful morning yet again at Park Yoga Wi******er!
We are so blessed.
Thank you to ever who comes along each week, to those who came today for the first time, and to today’s fantastic volunteers Hazel and Mel.
I hope to see you all next Sunday…. But there are rumours of heavy rain coming…. So please keep an eye on this page for updates. If there’s light drizzle, we will continue as normal. “Big rain” will stop play.

It’s almost two weeks ago that the lovely Summer from Wi******er Radio came along to hear your views on Park Yoga. Your voices will be aired on the radio on Friday 28th August, in programme no. 196. I don’t currently have the timings, but will let you if I can, newer the time.

You may not know, but Wi******er Radio is actually a charity, and Summer is a student of Journalism at Cardiff Uni and is volunteering over the summer break.

Yet another great Park Yoga session this morning, with plenty of smiling faces.
Today, participants were lucky enough to be offered a FREE 7-day pass by the leisure centre… definitely worth grabbing.
Park Yoga is very grateful for all the invaluable support we get from not only the leisure centre, Wi******er City Council and Yogi Tea…. More than anything, we value YOUR support in coming along every Sunday morning to make Park Yoga worth doing, and we very much appreciate all your donations too.
Please remember that our final Park Yoga will be on 13th September; this will be the last one this year across the country.

It’s SUNDAY tomorrow, and we’re delighted to say that it’ll not only be dry again for Park Yoga, but it also looks like it won’t be scorching hot…. But still quite warm.
So, perfect conditions to enjoy yoga outside in a lovely community environment. We’ll be starting outside the leisure centre as usual at 9:30.
Please come and join us. if you’re unsure about whether it’s for you, just come and give it a try. It’s free, so what’s to lose?

Another big thank-you to Summer from our local charity radio station Wi******er Radio for coming along to see what we’re all about, and even trying yoga for the very first time too.
We’re looking forward to seeing her again and to welcoming her grandma who lives very nearby!
