Yesterday at our Regional Meeting we heard about the charity From Me to You from Programme Action Officer Yvonne Gibbon. Something as simple as writing a letter to someone you don’t know, but who is feeling isolated or lonely even among friends and family, because they have had a cancer diagnosis can make a difference.
