Stream Walk Community Garden

Stream Walk Community Garden Community garden run by volunteers in the heart of Whitstable.

This half an acre of ex-allotment land is a lovely triangular haven tucked away off Stream Walk footpath close to the middle of Whitstable. We grow vegetables, fruit, flowers and wild life areas designed and managed on permaculture principles and also do garden crafts and wood work. Come along and join in with some gardening or woodworking

Open Thursday, 10:00am - 2:00pm (Spring/Summer)/9.30-12.3

0pm (Winter)
Monday 1.30pm-3.30pm
First Sunday of the month, 10:00am - 12 noon

Fridays for children and their carers, Little Green Fingers, 9:30am - 11.30am

School groups, community and support organisations are invited to contact us to arrange additional sessions or workshops.

The National Garden Scheme comes to Whitstable town this Sunday! A wonderful scheme raising money for charity.
Stream Walk Community Garden is a hub for selling tickets for the day, and we're also offering refreshments and delicious homemade cakes. Just £7 will get you into all of the gardens around the town.
In addition, it's a great place to end your tour and buy a few plants from our plant stall.

Stream Walk Garden will be opening as part of the National Garden Scheme Open Gardens event in Whitstable.
A haven of peace and beauty. Come and join us.
There will also be delicious homemade cakes and refreshments available.
