After the success of the Coast to Coast last year, raising almost £25,000 for Marrow, it's back again for 2015. We'll be raising the money for two causes this year. For Marrow, the bone marrow cancer charity and also for Emmaus North East, a homeless charity which is currently starting a new centre in Gateshead. This is always a fun event, a real challenge but certainly worth it. There will be training rides (one of which you will have to attend in order to go on the trip) and spin sessions to help you get fit before we go. We're hoping to have bike maintenance events at Steeles as well to make sure your bike is fit for it too. This is a charity ride, so we do expect everyone to raise a minimum of £100 for the event. We'll provide a JustGiving page for you for this. We've already got a signed Chris Hoy shirt on its way as a prize for the highest raiser, hopefully we'll have more prizes on their way soon...
All transport, accommodation and food for the weekend will be arranged for you, just turn up and get over those hills.
