DXer Care Keith's PHB team of Personal Assistants I am funded by the NHS, therefore I am governed by their criteria under the PHB agreement regarding rates.

DXer Care was basically setup in August 2022 as the name of the team of professional Personal Assistants to look after me at home here in Weybourne! I have many complex physical needs and I couldn't get the care required from using Agencies, so I now have a Personal Health Budget! Although I am responsible for the Staffing etc. I have Suffolk Independent Living managing my contracts, payrolls and accounts...

Without DXer Care I don't have a life!
