From making sure our spaces are clean and welcoming to replenishing supplies, every detail helps create a comfortable environment for our team and visitors.

We also keep a range of staff emergency essentials on hand, because looking after our people is a top priority. 💙 From everyday necessities to those unexpected moments, we’ve got our team covered.

Building Pathways Through Partnership 🤝✨

We’re delighted to celebrate another fantastic local partnership in action!

One of our clients has recently started a work experience placement with Bright Hair, right opposite our office, thanks to the support of business owner Karl Bright and his team.

This opportunity is about so much more than learning the day-to-day running of a salon. Throughout the placement, our client will be developing valuable employability and business skills, including:

✅ Teamwork and professional relationships
✅ Time management and reliability
✅ Understanding how a small business operates
✅ Building confidence in a workplace environment

🏡 Move-In Monday 🏡

Today we’re delighted to welcome a new client into one of our beautiful Weston Town Flats — a bright and spacious independent one-bedroom apartment within one of our historic properties.

This self-contained flat offers everything needed for comfortable independent living, including a modern kitchen, stylish shower room, separate bedroom, and welcoming living space, all while retaining the character and charm of the original building.

At The FutureStrong Partnership, moving in is about much more than handing over the keys. We work closely with each person to make sure they feel settled, supported, and at home from day one. As part of our move-in process, we provide a full week’s food shop, helping clients stock their cupboards, fridge, and essentials while they get established in their new home. We also support with household items, local orientation, and practical guidance to help build confidence and independence.

This move marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.

We wish our newest tenant every happiness and success in their new home. 💙

✨ Exciting News at The FutureStrong Partnership! ✨

We are delighted to announce that we are upgrading to a brand-new digital care management system: Access Care Planning 🎉

This investment is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the highest quality mentoring and ensuring our team has the very best tools available to provide safe, effective, and person-centred mentorship.

The new system will bring many benefits, including:
✅ More accurate and up-to-date rostering
✅ Improved care plans tailored to individual needs
✅ Easier recording and access to daily notes and observations
✅ Better communication across teams
✅ Real-time updates and reporting
✅ Enhanced compliance, auditing, and record keeping
✅ A more efficient and streamlined experience for both staff and management

To support a smooth transition, Alix will begin rolling out staff training from next week, ensuring our team feels confident and fully supported in using the new system. The training sessions will provide hands-on guidance and help everyone understand the many features and benefits Access Care Planning has to offer.
