Hey everyone 💜

I wanted to be honest — I don’t have the time to give this page what it deserves right now.

With everything growing on Seen & Heard Fibro (and my partnership work), I need to focus all my energy in one place so I can support people properly.

I’ll be closing this page down soon, but I’d love for you to come over and join us on Seen & Heard Fibro where all the support and updates will be 💜

Thank you for supporting this page, even if it’s been small — it still means everything 🫶

As March closes, it’s time to look at the month ahead with a new perspective. 📝🚩

We often spend our days crossing things off for everyone else. We are the managers of appointments, the keepers of schedules, and the solvers of problems. But if your to-do list doesn’t have your name on it, the list isn't finished.

Make a commitment for April: Self-care is no longer "if I have time." It is Priority #1.

Whether it’s hanging a "Do Not Disturb" sign for 30 minutes of quiet, booking that long-overdue appointment for yourself, or simply saying "no" to an extra task—your well-being is the fuel that keeps the caregiving engine running.

You cannot pour from an empty cup. Let’s start the new month by filling yours first. 🤍

What is one self-care goal you’re setting for April? Tell us below! 👇

As March comes to a close, take a moment to look back at the month you’ve just navigated. ⚓️

Being "the anchor" is a heavy, often invisible role. It means staying steady so that others don't drift. It means holding the line when the waves get rough. It means being the one everyone else leans on, even when you feel like you’re barely standing.

Today, we want you to hear this: You made it.

Your worth isn’t measured by how much you "achieved" or how "perfectly" you handled everything. It is measured by the heart and the quiet bravery you brought to every single day.

Take a deep breath. You have done enough. You are enough. 🤍

Drop an "⚓️" in the comments if you’re proud of yourself for making it through this month.

As you look at your to-do list for the week ahead, ask yourself: Where am I on this list? 📝🚩

For a carer, the needs of others often take up every single slot. We manage appointments, medications, and emotions until there is nothing left for ourselves. But you cannot pour from an empty cup.

Today, we are giving you official permission to move "Self-Care" to position #1.

It might feel "wrong" or like you're letting someone down, but setting a boundary—like hanging that "Do Not Disturb" sign—is actually an act of love. It ensures you have the strength to keep being the amazing carer you are.

Take 20 minutes for yourself today. No guilt. Just peace. 🤍

There is a profound healing power in a quiet room, a good book, and the silent company of a loyal friend. 📖🐕

For a carer, Saturday doesn’t always mean a day off. But it can mean finding a "sanctuary moment" right where you are. Even if it’s just ten minutes while the house is quiet, let yourself sink into the sofa and drift into a different world for a while.

Notice the sunlight, feel the warmth of a pet by your side, and let the steam from your cup remind you to slow down. ☕️✨

You are the anchor for so many. Today, let this moment be your anchor. ⚓️🤍

As we head into the weekend, we have one simple request: Put yourself at the top of your own to-do list. 📝✨

Being a carer means your mind is constantly "on"—scanning for needs, managing schedules, and holding space for others. But you cannot pour from an empty cup. This weekend, we want to help you find your "pocket of peace."

Whether it looks like:
📞 A slow phone call with a friend who just gets it.
📖 A quiet chapter in a book while the dog naps.
🛁 A hot bath with a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.
🍲 Accepting that meal delivery or a little help from a neighbor.

Remember: Self-care isn't selfish; it’s self-preservation. Even the strongest anchors need a moment to rest in still waters. ⚓️🤍

What does your "pocket of peace" look like this weekend? Share it with us below! 👇

When you’re a carer, your day is often filled with noise, to-do lists, and the needs of others. It’s easy for the hours to slip away without a single moment to yourself.

But healing often happens in the "pockets"—those tiny, 5-minute windows of calm that belong only to you. 🌿

Maybe it was:
☕ The first sip of a hot tea before the house woke up.
🌤️ Feeling the sun on your face for just a moment.
🎶 A favorite song playing in the car between errands.
🐶 A quiet sit-down with a pet.

These moments might be small, but they are powerful. They remind you that you are still there, underneath all the responsibilities.

We want to hear from you: What was your "pocket of peace" today? Share it below—no moment is too small. 👇

To the carer who feels like they’re running on empty: this is for you. 🤍

It’s easy to confuse burnout with a lack of heart, but the truth is the exact opposite. You are tired because you care so much. You are exhausted because you give so much of yourself away every single day.

Exhaustion isn't a sign of failure; it’s a sign that you are human.

Today, give yourself permission to:
✨ Feel tired without feeling guilty.
✨ Admit that this is hard.
✨ Take a moment just for you, even if it’s only five minutes.

You don’t have to be a superhero every second of the day. Sometimes, being "enough" is exactly what you are.

Drop a "🤍" in the comments if you needed this reminder today.

Tip #1 for Carers: 5 minutes of quiet is not selfish, it’s necessary. ☕️
