The Widows Food Bank Day and Health Fair – A Huge Success!On the 29th of April 2025, the Greenland Global Foundation held a heartwarming charity event at Central School, Iwollo, Ezeagu LGA, Enugu State. The Widows Food Bank Day and Health Fair was dedicated to supporting widows in our community — and it was a huge success!The event brought together widows from different areas who came not only to receive food items and health support but also to connect, share experiences, and feel loved and appreciated. It was a day full of joy, compassion, and community spirit. Health practitioners were also present to provide health checks and guidance, making sure the women left not only with food but with vital health awareness.We are deeply grateful to all the volunteers, donors, and supporters who made this event possible. Your kindness and generosity helped us put smiles on many faces. The feedback from the widows has been overwhelming — many expressed gratitude for being remembered, cared for, and celebrated.This is just the beginning!
