We aim to empower the local community of West Drayton and its surrounding areas with different provisions to help combat social exclusion and improve the levels of Islamic education in our population. We plan to achieve this through:
a. the establishment, provision, and maintenance of a place for congregational worship on a daily basis and to facilitate Islamic rites such as marriage and burial.
raising awareness and understanding of religious beliefs and practices, including: advancing a particular interpretation of a religious doctrine, or advancing particular religious tenets, provided the charity is not doing so in order to achieve a political purpose. providing education and teaching for a greater understanding and appreciation of Islam through classes and lectures for various age groups from children through to adults. the establishment, operation and maintenance of an institution that would enhance the religious and social causes of the Muslim community through such means as a library, cemetery, community centre etc. to promote dialogue, the dissemination of information and awareness of Islam to both Muslims and non-Muslims
f. to give advice and support to the Muslim community where appropriate on any aspect of the Islamic religion
g. co-ordinate with all faiths who have similar aims and objectives
h. promote good health, specifically, in issues affecting entire community, assist and or visit the sick and elderly.
