A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported the Rahma Sports Relief Community Fun Day on Saturday 15th August!
It was genuinely amazing to see so many people from across our local community come together. Different ages, backgrounds, nationalities and faiths all united by one cause.
The event was held to raise funds to support people in need around the world through Global Relief Trust (GRT) , particularly across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. When we made our pledge in January 2026, Rahma Sports Relief committed to raising £25,000 by the end of the year.
Thanks to your incredible support, we raised £3,124.85 from the event, taking our total to £20,281!
That means we now have just under £5,000 left to raise, with four months to go!
None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our local businesses, organisations, families, friends and the wider community. Every contribution has helped bring us closer to our goal.
