Mental Health Awareness Week (11-17 May) is an annual event helping people find small ways to look after their wellbeing.

Try some of our top ten group activities to learn more about emotions, support friends and explore what makes us feel happy.

A big thank you to our partners the Rail Industry, HSBC UK, Hobbycraft and GO Outdoors for recognising the importance of mental health and wellbeing for young people and supporting these activities.

What a day! Our Beavers and Cubs smashed it - rain didn’t stop them from collecting six bags of litter and making a real diference in our community.
Massive thanks to the STRA for their support and for providing the bags and gloves.

🌱 Community Litter Picking in Sudbury – 13th May 🌱

We’re excited to be teaming up with the Sudbury Town Residents Association for a community litter‑picking session on 13th May 🧤💪
Young people from the 3rd Sudbury Scout Group will be out helping to keep our local area clean while learning about teamwork, responsibility, and caring for the environment 🌍
As a new Scout Group in Sudbury Town, we’re currently fundraising to buy essential equipment and run more activities like this. We really hope to get the support of our local community to help us give young people the chance to connect with nature, gain skills for life, and make new friends.
