We are happy to announce our new Future Leaders Hub programme for people who want to build practical leadership skills, gain confidence and prepare for their next career move.

It could be right for you if you:
• want to take on more responsibility
• are thinking about becoming a team leader
• are returning to work or changing direction
• already support colleagues and want to develop further
• want practical workplace skills and support with your CV and interviews

You’ll work towards an NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading and receive one to one careers support throughout the programme.

Exciting news for West London's future leaders 🎉

Our partner, Paddington Development Trust, has secured a Greater London Authority contract to deliver the London Talent Pathways programme, and we're proud to be joining them for the next two years.

We'll be delivering a brand new course: the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading, a nationally recognised qualification for anyone ready to step into a team leader, supervisor or first line management role.

Learners will build practical skills in communication, motivation, delegation and performance management, gaining the confidence to lead others and grow in their careers. And it's a qualification that travels well too, useful across retail, hospitality, customer service, care and administration.

A strong partnership, a strong programme, and a step towards stronger futures for Londoners.

From learner to designated mental health first aider at work.

One of our recent students completed the Mental Health First Aid course with tutor Guy Guneri and came away with new knowledge, greater confidence, and a genuine passion for the subject.
