We are absolutely thrilled that our FREE Mental Health First Aid course in Wembley Park kicked off so beautifully, and it's all thanks to our incredible students! 🌟

Seeing such enthusiasm, openness, and willingness to learn in the room has been truly heartwarming. These are people who want to make a real difference in their workplaces, their communities, and in each other's lives.

A fantastic group and a brilliant achievement 👏

Our recent cohort has now completed their 3-session Mental Health First Aid & Advocacy in the Workplace course, and what a journey it’s been!

They were fully engaged, thoughtful, and truly invested in their learning throughout. It was a great experience not only for the learners, but also for the tutor, who was inspired by the group’s energy and openness.

We were especially proud to see such a diverse group come together, reflecting the London we live in and enriching every discussion.
