What would you do? We are seeking expressions of interest from curators / arts collectives / immersive events organisors for a proposed pop up sculpture park in Wembley. We envisage offering space at peppercorn for 4 months at a time through a competitive application process. There will be a back office space for use as your HQ during the pop up period. The space is a covered carpark approx. 1000 sq metres in size, 3 metres high, with power and lights. Close to the tube, stadium and LDO it is a chance to attract new audiences to what you do and work at new scales. If you are keen - let us know - we think this is a great use of this site in the Meanwhile, but need to know there is appetite and need for this type of provision. Oi, space ache!

We are seeking early ideas from members of our network for a new space opportunity. What would you do with a Zone 1 highstreet space in SE1? The space is approx 800 sq ft, has two large high street windows and also a back yard space of approx 520 sq ft. The building it is within will have a fun bright graphic makeover, making it an exciting place to set up in. The space will be ready for you to put your own stamp on and has all the basic amenities you would expect. The best three ideas will form part of a bid to unlock the space for use. At that stage you will then be invited to formally apply for the space. The space will be available to the winning idea on a 2 year lease at approx £1500 per calendar month and will be one part of a larger Meanwhile use project in SE1.
