🥰 A heartfelt thank you to all of our Wells Community Network volunteers.

🩷 Volunteers are at the heart of every charity. Their time, dedication, compassion, and willingness to help others make an incredible difference to the people and communities we serve. Without volunteers, many charities simply could not provide the support, activities, and connections that help people thrive.

🎉 This video celebrates just a few of our amazing volunteers and the impact they make every day. While we couldn't feature everyone, we are deeply grateful to each and every volunteer who gives their time, skills, and energy to support Wells Community Network.

🤗 Thank you for everything you do. Your kindness, commitment, and community spirit help make Wells a stronger, more connected place for all.

🧠 Understanding Dementia
Dementia is not a single disease — it’s a term used for a group of conditions that affect memory, thinking, communication, and everyday activities. Symptoms can include memory loss, confusion, difficulty finding words, and changes in mood or behavior.

❓️Who does it affect? Dementia mainly affects older adults, but it is not a normal part of aging. It can also affect younger people in some cases. Dementia impacts not only the person living with it, but also families, friends, and caregivers.
Awareness, understanding, and support can make a meaningful difference. 💙
