๐๐ Could you help someone from Wells and the surrounding area get to an important medical appointment?
At Wells Community Network, our volunteer drivers make a real difference to people in our local community.
For some people, getting to a hospital, GP, clinic or other medical appointment can be a real challenge. By becoming a Volunteer Driver, you can help someone get there safely, comfortably and with a friendly face along the way.
๐ Why volunteer as a driver?
๐ You can make a genuine difference, helping someone access the healthcare they need and providing reassurance and companionship.
๐ You can choose when you help, volunteering around your own availability means you can give as much or as little time as you are able.
๐ You will meet people and be part of something positive โ our volunteers are what makes Wells Community Network.
๐ฑ Feel good knowing your time matters โ every journey you provide can make a significant difference to someoneโs day.
You don't need to be available every day. Every journey helps.
If you are a safe, caring and reliable driver and would like to find out more about becoming a Wells Community Network Volunteer Driver, we would love to hear from you. You will be paid mileage so won't be out of pocket,
