On this beautiful sunny day,
I pause and let the light find me—
soft, warm, and full of color,
reminding me that even now,
there is still love here…
still smiles waiting within me.

I tell myself to stay strong,
to stay positive—
because I know today’s hardships will pass,
today’s struggles won’t last forever,
and this chaos I feel belongs only to today.
Tomorrow… tomorrow will meet me differently.

I hold on to the thought
that a new day is coming—
a day filled with light,
with colors that feel alive again,
with happiness I can breathe in,
with love I can finally rest in,
and with the strength I sometimes forget I have.

I remind myself—
my imagination has no limits.
No voice outside me gets to decide
how far I can go,
how brightly I’m allowed to shine.

Because just like the brightest colors,
my life has its ups and downs—
and I am learning to embrace them both.

What tries to break me
is quietly building me—
making me stronger, deeper,
and more beautifully myself
than I ever thought I could be.

So I choose, again and again,
to live well—my way.
