RUBY is lost from the UPPER WICKHAM LANE, WELLING, DA16 area.
Ruby was enjoying a walk with her new owners, when she was frightened by another dog and managed to escape out of the her harness. Ruby is a scared rescue.
SHE IS VERY NERVOUS, PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH HER, SHE WILL RUN
