Are you a local band looking for a venue to perform?

Birch Coppice Community Sports & Social Club has a large function room available and we’re looking to work with local bands for live music nights. It’s a great space with plenty of room for a crowd and a brilliant atmosphere for live performances.

If your band is interested in playing at the club, we’d love to hear from you.

🍺 Update to opening hours for next few weeks 🍺

We would like to update all customers on some temporary changes to the club’s opening days and hours over the next few weeks.

Next week
The club will be closed Monday to Friday.
We will open on Saturday as normal.

The following week
The club will be open most evenings as normal with event on most evenings only closed Tuesday as normal.

Week starting 22 March
Closed Monday to Wednesday.
Open Thursday with a ladies darts match.
Closed Friday 27 March.
Open Saturday 28 March normal hours.

Great news to share for Birch Coppice. We have been awarded a grant from CISWO which will allow us to install a brand new gated entrance to the social club. This investment will help improve security and make access better for all our members, visitors and community groups.

Work will be starting soon and we are excited to keep improving the site as we settle into a busy 2026.

📣 Volunteer Opportunity – Events Coordinator Needed! 🎉

Birch Coppice Community Sport & Social Club and Next Generation FC are looking for a passionate and organised Volunteer Events Coordinator to help us plan and deliver a range of exciting community events throughout the year! ⚽🍔🎶

This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing people together, has great communication skills, and wants to make a real difference in their local community. You’ll help coordinate club fundraisers, social nights, and family fun days – as well as support with community events at Birch Coppice.

💡 What’s involved:
• Helping to plan and promote club and community events
• Working with our friendly committee and volunteers
• Liaising with local businesses and partners
• Bringing creative ideas to grow community engagement

📆 Flexible hours – work around your schedule
