The hard work has paid off. I am so excited to start my journey as Blaze Supervisor of ! ⚡️🔥

If you know me, you know I love a project, I love to take something, someone, anything and make it GROW - including myself. I’ve been teaching for under a year, and this was the next step I’ve wanted to take for a while and it’s also not the finish line. I can’t wait to fully get the ball rolling properly.🙏🏽

So many hard hours - teaching, improving my craft, learning from others, covering classes, early mornings, late nights, lack of sleep, lack of food 😂, driving from location to location, sharing my passion with members, etc. I know I deserve this and this was written for me. Onwards and upwards.🆙🆙🆙

With a baby on the way, I know it’s crunch time and I’ll have to put in the necessary hard work to ensure the life it deserves. I’ve found another few gears, and I’ve already turned into a new person.🙏🏽

Ironically, today’s zoom workout I burned 297 calories in 28 mins.🙌🏽 you can see me drenched in sweat in the pic, that was tough.💪🏽😎 I commend all mothers for the incredible it requires during pregnancy, and I have an even stronger newfound respect for you! 👊🏽❤️

One thing we can’t get confused is that not everyone can train the same for different goals. We’re all different, we have different genes and different makeups of our bodies. If you’re unsure of how to train, don’t be afraid to spend the required money to have personalised sessions with a personal trainer.💪🏽

Nevertheless, it’s up to us how we stomach that failure, turn it into a lesson and tackle that same problem differently. What’s up guys! Here’s the revised schedule starting tomorrow (Apr. 27th)! I’ve added an extra workout per day for those who are unable, or simply missed out, or would like an extra push on my 1pm workouts! 🙌🏽 (they will be different workouts, don’t worry!)

“I don’t have any time to do a workout” - an excuse that loads and loads of us use! BUT...you can always make time in your day for a workout - whether it’s 5, 10, 15 mins, it’s just how you use the time wisely! ☝🏽

So...here’s a 10 min AMRAP you can do if you’re struggling for time. Try to complete the circuit as fast as possible to get more out of that non-stop 10 min period. Take rest when necessary - but keep note of your score after 10 mins and try to beat it on another day! That’s the beauty of AMRAP workouts, there is visible progress of you put the time and effort in!
