Next Saturday, along with the Nine4Norah team of 12, I will be walking 100km, along the Cotswold Way. Our aim is to complete in 24 hours, walking all day and throughout the night!

Some are introduced to us through hospitals or bereavement teams.
Others find us later, through social media or word of mouth.
Some reach out straight away, while others take months or even years.

What’s important to know is this:
We are not trained counsellors, but we are people who understand loss.

Our support is rooted in empathy, lived experience, and compassion. We walk alongside families, offering understanding, practical support, and reassurance, without pressure, expectation, or judgement.

Support is there if and when you want it.
Your grief. Your timing. Your choice. 💙
