In a summer of change for the club, we say goodbye to Muscle Warriors coach Alan Murray.

Alan got the team promoted to the Slater & Gordon Premiership in 2024/25, winning the league, and we would like to thank him for his services. 🏆

The recent budget has announced taxes on advanced payments and a decrease in mileage allowances. We believe this is unfair to the most vulnerable in society and could affect their independence.
