Dementia Awareness Week 2026 💙

This week we’ve been out at The Strand (Strand By Me Community Hub) with Alzheimer's Society and the Living Well Sefton Sefton Community Connectors

We talked to local people about the reality of caring for someone with dementia and making sure unpaid carers know support is there.

If you are caring for someone with dementia, you are not alone. Get in touch.

Support, advice and someone to talk to is here in Sefton 💙

Please like and share - it could help someone who needs it.
