👋 Hello from all of us at Oughtrington Community Centre – or as we affectionately call it, OCC. We are a registered charity and a local hireable community space that is volunteer-run by a small team of Trustees.
Did you know...? Oughtrington Community Centre is more than 50 years old and hosts a variety of community focussed organisations - as well as being a great space to connect and enjoy for the people of Lymm, Oughtrington and Heatley - from weddings to local activity groups, children’s parties to fundraising events such as the Macmillan Coffee Morning. All are welcome at OCC!
📅 THE NEXT OCC AGM: a date for your diaries: join us on Wednesday 24th September at 7:30pm - see you there! Our second AGM this year! To make the AGM successful we need the local community to join in, tell us what you think OCC should do to meet community needs and inform our future plans. Come along to catch up on our reporting requirements (the boring bit), find about about volunteering at OCC and share thoughts on the future of this local community hub.
Membership of OCC is open to all and it’s easy to sign up at the AGM. Find us at Oughtrington Community Centre, 1 Oughtrington Crescent, WA13 9JD. New members welcome! Parking available, but please do walk or car share if you can.

👵 OCC LUNCH CLUB IS OPEN: New members welcome! Join us on Tuesdays & Fridays 10AM -1:30PM
OCC has successfully run our Lunch Club for senior members of our community for more than 40 years, as a key part of our charitable activities. The Lunch club runs throughout the year and provides valuable social time for members (including with children from the Primary School), optional gentle exercise (Chair Yoga!) & light lunches and refreshments.
It is open to all and helps fight loneliness by bringing people together & provides valuable respite for carers and relatives. Contact us to find out more.
