Mary's) Scout Group is one of the largest Scout Groups in Ware & District offering a wide variety of activities for boys and girls aged 4 to 14. We have 7 sections that make up 2nd Ware in total:

Acorn Squirrel Drey (ages 4 to 6)
Birch, Sycamore and Willow Beaver Colonies (ages 6 to 8)
Mowgli & Cougar Cub Packs (ages 8 to 10 ½)
The Scout Troop (ages 10 ½ to 14)

We have nearly 130 young people from all over Ware and District. We have over 30 adult volunteers and without them, all this would not be possible. We are an active Scout Group and are always happy to welcome new volunteers, young people or adults. We are always on the lookout for more adults volunteers so please get in touch if you are interested in joining.

Tonight Mowgli pack went for a nature scavenger hunt along the canal north bank and Ware Park. With a list we went looking for different animals & plants.
We even spotted a muntjac deer.
And the rain stayed away. Thanks to Leaders Richard, Jon and Catherine plus parents, Mark, Rob and Matt who helped. Keep looking over the week especially in your gardens to complete your lists!
