Think a library is just about books? Think again!

Wantage Library is so much more than a place to borrow a book. It’s a place to create, play, learn, meet, discover and have fun and this week’s programme is a perfect example!

From crafts and board games to baby music, musical treasure baskets, family activities and storytime, there’s something happening for all ages.

And the best bit? The sessions are free!

So if you haven’t visited Wantage Library recently, why not pop in and see what’s happening? It’s another fantastic community space right here on our doorstep.

And yes, there are still plenty of books too!

There’s always something new to discover in Wantage!

If you haven’t popped into Dolphin Gallery recently, this could be the perfect excuse. These new limited-edition prints sound absolutely fabulous and we love seeing our local gallery bringing beautiful, unique artwork into the heart of our town.

Take a wander into town, have a browse, discover something you love and, of course, support a wonderful independent local business while you’re there.

Another great night of live music right here in Wantage!

This Saturday, The Bell is welcoming White Ridge to the stage, bringing music from Queen, The Eagles and plenty more, with a seriously talented guitarist in the mix too!

It’s fantastic to see our local pubs putting on live entertainment and giving us reasons to get out and enjoy our town. So let’s support them, fill the place and show the band some Wantage love!

The final bank holiday weekend of summer is here — so why not enjoy it right here in Wantage?

We love seeing our local businesses making the most of the town and giving us another reason to get out, meet friends and enjoy where we live.
