Hi Everyone,

🍂 September is here… and if you’re going to make time for yourself this season, choose someone you can feel confident putting your wellbeing in the hands of.

As routines return, diaries fill up and life becomes busy again, it’s easy to keep putting yourself at the bottom of the list.

If you’ve been thinking about trying reflexology, or returning for some much-needed time to switch off, September is the perfect time to reset.

I’m a CNHC registered Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist and founder of East London Reflexology, offering personalised treatments locally in Wanstead and South Woodford, as well as the City of London.

Alongside my private practice, I also work in Harley Street as a Senior Complementary Therapist in Oncology, as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team supporting patients in a specialist healthcare environment.

Every treatment I offer is tailored to the individual. Clients come to me for many different reasons, from wanting time to relax and switch off, to feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, struggling with sleep or navigating hormonal changes.

I’m incredibly proud of the reputation I’ve built with my clients locally, and the wonderful feedback and reviews I receive mean more to me than I can say.

🏛️ WANSTEAD HOUSE “80 YEARS OF STORIES, MEMORIES & COMMUNITY”

As we approach the 80th anniversary of Wanstead House, we are beginning to look back at the remarkable story of this much-loved community building.

For generations, Wanstead House has been a place where people have met, learned, created, performed, celebrated, made friendships and shared experiences. But how much of its history is held not in official records, but in the memories of the people who have passed through its doors?

Perhaps your parents attended a class here. Maybe your grandparents were involved with the House. Perhaps you remember a dance, concert, exhibition, social evening, meeting, wedding, party or community event.

Or maybe you have a story that has simply been passed down through your family.

🎟️ A programme, invitation, certificate or event ticket?

📖 A story about something memorable that happened at Wanstead House?

👥 Do you remember a particular tutor, volunteer, committee member, caretaker or local character?

We would particularly love to hear from anyone who can help us piece together the everyday history of Wanstead House : the stories that might never have made it into an official history book, but which are just as important.

Today, Wanstead House continues to bring together people of all ages through an extraordinary range of activities, including art, life drawing, floristry, textiles, fashion, languages, dance, photography, social groups, children’s activities and much more. (Wanstead House⁠)
