Proud to share that has been awarded the UnLtd Scale-Up Award. This award constitutes an £18,000 grant plus 12-month support to help us strengthen our capacity, build more robust systems, and deepen the impact of our work across the communities we serve.

For us, scaling isn’t just about growing bigger, it’s about doing the work better. It’s about building strong foundations that allow us to deliver meaningful, sustainable change.

What a year we’ve had at Bluuprint!

This year has been one of deep learning, expansion, and community.

1. We launched Thriving Forward, creating space for the youth to grow, flourish and thrive.

2. We launched The Kitchen: Nourishing Communities, centring good food as care, dignity, and connection.

3. We launched the Makers of Architecture: Infrastructures of Care, exploring how design, land, and people shape the systems that hold us.

4. We expanded Lucy’s Pantry Community Grocery premises, joined the Walsall Community Shop Network, and continued to build our membership.

5. Alongside all of this, we also marked 2 years since we transitioned to a CIC. This is a formal milestone in a journey that has been unfolding since 2020.

6. We closed the year by hosting our 5th Annual Caring Christmas event supporting families in need, a reminder of the power of consistency, care, and community.

Looking ahead to 2026, we hope to grow these spaces even further, connecting more people, sharing more skills, and building a thriving community together.

Week 5 of the Thriving Forward programme at Lucy’s Pantry!

Funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, this programme is giving 16–30-year-olds the chance to gain real, hands-on work experience in a community-focused environment.

Over the past few weeks, our participants have been volunteering in the shop. They’ve been engaging and serving members which is helping them, build confidence, and learn practical skills like customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Our Thriving Forward Programme is more than just work experience. It’s about empowering young people, unlocking potential, and creating pathways to future opportunities. We’re so proud of their growth and can’t wait to see what the coming weeks bring! 🌱
