The project is aimed at grassroots groups, organisations or new emerging groups, the list below is a snapshot of what is on offer, however we are there to support in any way we can: -
• We can work with groups with income less than £100,000 income.
• We can help set up new or emerging groups.
• We can offer advice on external funding and show where this is available.
• We will be the voice of the

community sector.
• We will offer advice around governance and your structure to best suit your organisation.
• We can help in development plans.
• We can help with accessing training.
• We can promote your group or organisation and any events you hold.
• We can provide networking opportunities.
• We can help in making you sustainable.

Join us as we celebrate Social Prescribing Day with Making Connections Walsall — a friendly service for residents of all ages in Walsall.
This community event is all about helping people reduce loneliness, ease social isolation, and feel empowered to take charge of their own health and wellbeing.
Come along, meet your local Social Prescriber, discover what’s on offer, and enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
