Thank you all so much for such a wonderful outdoor season! I’m truly going to miss you all this weekend: our post-practice chats, the laughter, moving together under the trees.

While outdoor park yoga is wrapped for the season, our community doesn't have to pause. I'm currently looking for spaces to host indoor classes in Walsall!

A day of lasts, but a lifetime of gratitude.
Today marked our final Park Yoga session:
• Last time putting up the flag
• Last time flowing in the fresh air
• Last time holding the pose just a little longer
• Last group photo together

It may be the last time we practice together as part of the Park Yoga initiative, but hopefully, it’s not the last time you step onto your mat. Keep that fire alive!
Thank you to everyone who made this community so special.

Morning Everyone
Despite a little rain in the night, we will be practicing this morning. It is meant to get a little brighter and the birds are singing.

Perhaps bring a light jacket….just in case.
