📣Community Mental Health Support is available in Walsall

The Sanctuary Community Mental Health Service provides goal-based support for people aged 17+ who are looking to manage and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

We offer a range of support, including:

💜 SafeSpace sessions
💜 Coffee & Cope groups
💜 Signposting and information
💜 Peer support groups
💜 Tailored workshops
💜 Volunteering and peer support opportunities

Just a reminder that our Sanctuary Hubs are now open 12 noon – 9:30pm every Saturday and Sunday.

If you or someone you know needs mental health support, a listening ear or a safe space, drop in and speak with our team💜

Alternatively, call NHS 111 select option 2 for mental health to arrange an appointment.

If you’ve been bereaved by su***de, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

The service is free and provides support, practical help, su***de bereavement counselling, and peer support groups across the Black Country.

Tough Enough To Care needs your support.
Please take a few minutes to vote 🗳️

WE NEED YOUR VOTE!

We’ve got some pretty exciting news… Tough Enough To Care has been shortlisted for Lidl’s Community Fund!

We could receive £10,000 to support our work but we need your help! From 24th September to 7th October, Lidl customers can vote for one of five shortlisted charities in their region through the Lidl Plus app.

The charity with the most votes will receive £10,000 and every shortlisted charity will receive at least £1,000

You get one vote, so please consider using yours for Tough Enough To Care! £10,000 could make a HUGE difference to us.

£10,000 could help us continue providing safe spaces for people to talk, delivering mental health support in our communities, raising awareness, training people to recognise when someone might be struggling, and making sure more people know that they don't have to face things alone.

If you have the Lidl Plus app, please open it up and vote for Tough Enough To Care.

Then please could you do us one more teeny tiny favour and SHARE THIS POST! Send it to your family WhatsApp group, with your workmates, tag your Lidl-loving friends, tell your neighbour, tell the person who always seems to be in Lidl buying something from the middle aisle they absolutely didn't go in for.
