As the service has changed and grown so much over the years, we felt now was the perfect time for a new name too…

💙 Few quick updates to commonly asked questions...

● No we can't take in donations any longer.
● We are still open 9:30-2:30 Monday-Saturday until all of the store stock is cleared.
● Baby Bank stock is still going to referrals and that process will transfer to other local baby banks in the future.
● We still remain available for support and even after the store is closed we are still able to help in many ways.
●Fly tipping is still fly tipping. Do not leave donations outside the back doors.
●Everything is heavily reduced to clear including shop fittings.

Important Announcement!

We’ve made the very difficult decision to bring our physical store to a close soon.

But this isn’t goodbye. 💚

Our services will remain available online, and over the coming weeks you’ll notice a change of name as we move into the next chapter of what we do.
We’re still here. Please continue to reach out if you need support, and we’ll do everything we can to help while we work through this transition.
I’ve explained a little more in the video below.

Thank you, as always, for all of your support over the years 💚

We love you!
Shakira, Karen and all of the amazing staff xx

Huge thank you to IKEA for their continued support of our store & Baby Bank. 💙💛

These amazing donations are already heading straight out to local families through our referral partners. Every item will make a real difference to a child who needs it.
As if that wasn't enough, IKEA have also donated an incredible storage system to help transform how we work behind the scenes. It's currently waiting in lots of boxes until our next corporate volunteer team comes along to help us build it all! Once it's in place, we'll be able to organise stock so much better and respond to referrals even more quickly.
Support like this changes what we're able to do for local families. We simply couldn't achieve what we do without businesses like IKEA choosing to invest in their community.
Thank you for believing in what we do. We're so incredibly grateful. ❤️
