Why not join us for a fun and relaxed Smartphone Scavenger Hunt in The Grove Park this Wednesday?

You’ll be given a list of fun photo prompts designed to spark ideas and help you see everyday scenes in a new way. We’ll also be pairing up any newcomers who’d like a buddy for the evening, so you’ll have someone friendly to walk around with and chat photography with along the way.

Just drop us an email beforehand to let us know you’re coming, or feel free to simply turn up and join us on the night.

We will meet on Honeywood Walk (by the War Memorial) just before 7pm.

We are so lucky to have somewhere as beautiful as Beddington Park right on our doorstep. No matter the season, there’s always something to discover — golden evening light through the trees, peaceful reflections on the water, wildlife hiding in the reeds, or simply the calm beauty of nature all around us.

Our recent photo walk around Beddington Park was a reminder of just how fortunate we are to have such a beautiful green space right on our doorstep to explore, enjoy, and photograph together.

Fancy trying something a little different with your phone camera?

Why not join us for a fun and relaxed Smartphone Scavenger Hunt in The Grove Park this Wednesday, and the best bit is, your first visit is completely FREE!

This isn’t about having the latest phone or being an expert photographer. It’s simply about getting creative, noticing the little details around you, and enjoying photography in a friendly and welcoming group.

You’ll be given a list of fun photo prompts designed to spark ideas and help you see everyday scenes in a new way. There’s no pressure and no “right” way to do it, just bring your phone, your curiosity, and enjoy the evening with us.

Whether you enjoy landscapes, nature, abstracts, or just snapping moments for fun, you’d be very welcome to come along and discover what our friendly club is all about.

A few more photos from our recent walk around the beautiful Beddington Park. It’s amazing to think somewhere with so many photographic opportunities is right on our doorstep.

One of the best things about photography is that it encourages us to slow down and really appreciate the places around us. You don’t need to travel far to enjoy photography — sometimes the best locations are your local park or the streets you walk through every day. We had a lovely evening exploring, chatting, and sharing ideas together.

A few member photos from our Beddington Park Photo Walk. Because of the cloud, we didn’t get the classic ‘golden hour’, but what we did get was a spectacular sunset glowing through the trees and reflecting across the park. Sometimes the unexpected light creates the most memorable moments.
