Our residents had a fantastic time taking part in a bowling game with Madeleine! 🎳

Everyone really enjoyed themselves, sharing lots of laughs, fun, and friendly competition. It was wonderful to see our residents so engaged and social throughout the activity.

A big thank you to Madeleine for organising such an enjoyable activity, we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Our residents, staff, and visitors enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere filled with celebration and happy memories as we honoured such an important moment in history. It was heart-warming to see everyone coming together, sharing stories, enjoying treats, and embracing the true spirit of community.

Today at our Day Centre was filled with laughter, music, and wonderful moments together! 🎶😊

Our residents thoroughly enjoyed a fun-packed day taking part in picture bingo, testing their knowledge with music quizzes, and sharing plenty of smiles along the way. It was lovely to see everyone engaged, reminiscing, singing along, and enjoying each other’s company.

Creating meaningful moments and happy memories together is what makes these days so special. 💛

There’s nothing quite like fresh air, warm sunshine, and good company to lift the spirits. Whether it was relaxing in the garden, enjoying chats with friends, or simply soaking up the rays, it was a weekend full of smiles and special moments.

We had a truly special visit at Vesta Lodge this week from Performing Pets 🐑

Our residents were delighted to meet an adorable little baby lamb, who quickly stole everyone’s hearts! There were plenty of smiles, gentle cuddles, and lots of lovely memories made during this unique visit.

It’s safe to say our residents thought the lamb was absolutely adorable, and the visit brought so much joy to everyone involved 💛

Join us at Vesta Lodge as we celebrate VE Day on Friday 8th May at 11:00am 🇬🇧

We’re looking forward to a lovely morning with a live singer and a chance to come together in remembrance and celebration.

Family and friends are very welcome to attend and share this special occasion with our residents.

Weather permitting, the event will be held in the garden so we can enjoy the (hopefully!) great British sunshine together.

We hope to see you there for music, memories, and good company!

Our wonderful Mick here at Vesta Lodge, whose love for music always brought warmth and joy to those around him. One of his favourite pastimes is playing the Barron drum, an instrument he truly connections with.

Whenever Mick plays you could see how much he enjoys it. The rhythm, the sound, and the simple happiness it brought him.
