🔥 NORTH HILLINGDON… YOUR YAC CLUB HAS ARRIVED! 🔥

Are you a Young Adult Carer aged 16–24 ?

We’re Carers Trust Hillingdon & Ealing, and we’re bringing YAC Club to the north of the borough!
A place to escape caring for a couple of hours, meet people who get it, grab some food, have a laugh, play games, chill out and just be YOU.
No pressure. No judgement. Just good vibes, good people and a proper break.

Launching Tuesday 27 October | 5–7pm

Come and help us kick off the North YAC Club!

Summer evenings don’t get much better than this...

Blankets down, popcorn in hand, ice cream at the ready, and surrounded by friends who just get it.

Our Outdoor Cinema night wasn’t just about watching a film—it was about laughing together, relaxing together, and giving our Young Adult Carers the chance to switch off from caring responsibilities for a few hours.

Sometimes the best support is simply creating space to enjoy being young.

🎤 Lewis Capaldi Concert
🎶 What a night! 🎶

A huge thank you to Lewis Capaldi for his incredible generosity in donating tickets to Young Carers and Young Adult Carers. ❤️

Our Hillingdon YACs turned up in force, singing every word, making memories, and enjoying a night where they could simply be young people, not just carers.

These are the moments that remind our young people they’re seen, valued, and deserve experiences just like everyone else.

Thank you, Lewis Capaldi for giving our amazing carers a night they’ll never forget. 💙✨

London Scavenger Hunt
London... you definitely got our step count up!

Our Young Adult Carers took on a city-wide scavenger hunt, racing across London, solving challenges, completing hilarious tasks, and discovering parts of the capital they never knew existed.

There were plenty of laughs, a little healthy competition, and enough walking to earn a well-deserved sit down afterwards! 😅

Another brilliant day proving that the best adventures are the ones shared with friends.

The young Carers team took some Young Carers for a lovely summer day out to the Chiltern Open Air Museum.
The first activity was making clay animals that live in the Earth –“ Theme of the day”
The children were then invited to make coral reef models using play dough and coloured pasta.
The children really made some great models!
We all had a picnic under the tree and then the children had lots of fun on the adventure playground.
The young carers had a super day and  some definitely slept on the way home!!

Some of our Young Adult Carers had the opportunity to step into the world of corporate life, exploring one of the UK's leading professional services firms and discovering the wide range of careers and opportunities available.

For many, it was their first experience in a corporate environment, helping build confidence, raise aspirations, and show that these careers are within reach.

A huge thank you to everyone at KPMG for welcoming our young people and investing in their futures. Opportunities like these can make a lasting difference.
