Just a reminder that AUDITIONS for this year's panto will begin next week. Read on for more details about how you can get involved.

It’s a panto year for the Downsview Players, and we’re very excited to be bringing Ben Crocker’s CINDERELLA to the stage this winter.
We will be auditioning for 13 characters (listed below) and a lively chorus to play characters including villagers, animals, palace guests, and spiders.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved backstage. If you’d like to try your hand at lighting and sound, help craft sets, props, and costumes, choreograph dances, get involved in stage management, or contribute to any of the moving parts of the panto, please come along to auditions to find out more.
KEY DETAILS:
Auditions are at Downsview Methodist Church Hall, Waddington Way, SE19 3XH on Tuesday 2 June and Tuesday 9 June. Auditions start at 8pm.
It is free to audition, but you must join as a member to take part in any production on stage or backstage. Read more about membership here: https://www.downsviewplayers.co.uk/get-involved.

We usually meet every Tuesday at 8pm at Downsview Methodist Church Hall. We produce two plays per year with a pantomime every other Christmas (next one winter 2026). You can get involved at any point of the year and we're especially on the look out for extra pairs of hands:
