In April 2015, Gordon Cruden will attempt to cover 47 countries, across the length and breadth of Europe, in just 30 days. With the potential to clock up a total of 15,000 miles – 500 miles per day – the ride will be a real test of determination and endurance. Gordon will use the initiative to highlight the plight of women caught in addiction and raise money for the running of Teen Challenge femal

e recovery centre, Benaiah, which allows struggling mothers to continue living with their children while they turn their lives around. As well as being physically and psychologically demanding, the ride will present a number of unique cultural and logistical challenges. Gordon will pass through 47 very diverse countries; each of which has its own people, language and culture – not to mention road rules.
