We want the whole community to come and show love and support, families very welcome, FFAF aims to provide everyone with informed health awareness and ways and means to enhance better wellbeing practices for their future, we will have speakers to stimulate the mind, activities and fun things to do to occupy the kiddies, and even a raffle giveaway, stalls to treat yourself or your loved ones to something nice.
This will certainly be an event to remember with hidden treats, guest speakers, panel discussion amongst other things. Come and show support for the new launch of our prosperous community project that will be Coming to a local borough/school near you. Stay Tuned

Over the past 12 months I have been experiencing an underlying pains within whilst trying different regimes to assist with a new enhanced lifestyle to potentially protect me from developing any more cancer cells within this temple of mine, due to the severity of previous issues I have had to have surgery and am gracefully currently recovering back at home , I apologise that my website is down and send my kind words to those who have needed to get in touch and weren't able too, my dark place is slowly but surely being lit up day by day and I give thanks to not only my friend's and family for all the love and extra support but give thanks to my folllwers that have continued to visit this page and return love n support for me daily, rest assured I will stick this through all the way to the end and will be here to ride it out with any of you that need that saddle to have some alongside with you, I am grateful for Life, My God given blessings, My beautiful children and all those in my Life.
