As the UK's mental health keeps getting worse, and our children enter crisis younger and younger, these tools change lives.

They are precise, accurate, effective and reduce self harm, su***de, anxiety, and more, in less time, without talking therapy and with no re-traumatisation.

Starting Friday 4th September and every Friday through to November. If you've experienced our sessions or groups, and would like to become part of our growing community, re-train or explore new possibilities, we still have one place left.
