Homeless Aid UK is an organisation established and operated by a group of friends. We work throughout the Bolton, Wigan, Liverpool & Manchester.

We are dedicated to ending homelessness, by delivering life-changing services and campaigning for change.

Bolton & Bury Soup kitchens

☀️ 99 people attended our soup kitchen today in the scorching heat.

Sadly, we also met so many people presenting as homeless. A couple of people arrived carrying suitcases containing everything they owned. Their whole life packed into bags, with nowhere to properly call home. It’s heartbreaking to witness, especially during weather like this.

A massive thank you to our amazing unpaid volunteers who continue showing up week after week to support people with kindness, dignity and compassion ❤️

Today’s delicious hot food was freshly prepared and donated by the amazing team at The Black Bull in Edgeworth. Huge thank you to the talented chef Jack Brooks, and also to the owners Stephen and Jade Bentley for their incredible support 🙏

Snacks and drinks were donated by Homeless Aid UK and Benefit Mankind , with extra snacks kindly donated by Helen Hayhurst and Mav Halai 🍫🥤

🌞 Another very busy few days for the Homeless Aid UK soup kitchens across Bolton and Bury. With the weather being so hot, it was important that our homeless friends and those struggling were looked after with plenty of food, snacks and drinks 💙

Tonight in Bury, everyone was treated to amazing pizzas which went down brilliantly. Alongside that, snacks and drinks were provided by Homeless Aid UK, helping keep everyone refreshed in the heat. A special thank you also to Jane and Mark for bringing ice lollies for our homeless friends, they were truly appreciated on such a warm evening 🍕🍦🥤

Yesterday our team were back out again in Bolton supporting those in need. A huge thank you to the family who kindly sponsored the hot food. Snacks and drinks were provided by Homeless Aid UK together with food support from Benefit Mankind. We also want to thank MRH Solicitors for the extra snacks ❤️

Thank you to all our amazing unpaid volunteers who continue to give up their time week after week to support people who depend on these services.

❤️ Last night was another incredibly busy evening for our teams.

While one team was out across Manchester City supporting those sleeping rough and struggling on the streets, another team was in Bolton making sure people had access to hot food, drinks, essentials and support.

The demand right now is heartbreaking. Every week we are seeing more people in need, more people hungry, and more people turning to us for help. None of this would be possible without our amazing unpaid volunteers who continue to give up their evenings, weekends and family time to help others. You are all absolute stars 🌟

A huge thank you also goes to all our sponsors and supporters who continue to stand beside us. Your kindness allows us to keep going 365 days a year and reach those who need us most.
Tonight and throughout the weekend our teams will once again be back out supporting communities across Bolton, Leigh and Manchester City ❤️

WIGAN HOMELESS STREET KITCHEN 🍲

A peaceful and calm evening tonight down at Whelley Ex Servicemen's Club with the Wigan team ❤️

We supported 30 people tonight with plenty of food, drinks and friendly faces. Nights like this may seem quiet, but they still mean so much to those who attend 🙏

🍲💙 Busy evening tonight at the soup kitchen, where we saw 97 people come through for support. Nights like this remind us just how many people are struggling right now.
