ousing operates as a not-for-profit organisation and believe in providing good quality, affordable homes for rent and to buy, helping to create thriving and inclusive communities. In 2014, EFQM named One Vision Housing as the best organisation in Europe for adding value to customers. Externally recognised as a leading provider of homes, services and as one of the best places to work in the UK, One Vision Housing is graded G1 for Governance and V1 for Viability by the Regulator of Social Housing. One Vision Housing is part of The Sovini Group which was formed in December 2011 and includes Pine Court Housing Association.
