The Invisible Friends (TIF) is a registered UK charity (1172532) supporting & raising awareness of Hidden/Invisible Illnesses/Disabilities, particularly within our younger generation

Through the power & creativity of music, our TIF Choirs (Age range: 8 - 30-year-olds) sing at a variety of events all over the UK, to raise awareness of such conditions & to become the voice for those currently suffe

ring in silence. As a Charity, our goal is to continue to set up TIF Choirs in different towns & cities across the UK, so that we can reach out to as many young people as we can & to help educate society at large surrounding acknowledging, accepting & appreciating the existence of Hidden/Invisible Illnesses/Disabilities

We also encourage the importance of inclusion & integration towards those living with an Invisible Illness/Disability, those living with a Visible Illness/Disability & indeed the non-disabled too

💙🏆 THE PRIDE OF TIF 2026 - RAFFLE 💙🏆

We cannot believe it is that time of year yet AGAIN when we begin to official countdown to The Invisible Friends Charities BIGGEST ANNUAL Fundraising Event/Concert & Awards Ceremony of the year - The Pride of TIF 2026!

Our TIF Derby Super Stars have been 'working their socks off' & putting their 'Hearts and Souls' into this years show & as ever they are going to light up the stage and 'SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND' & 'SING LOUD & PROUD' as we all 'come together as one' to celebrate & recognise their Hard Work, their Bravery, their Courage, their Talents, their Commitment, their Dedication & their Passion in doing their bit to encourage & to inspire other children & young people living with an Invisible Disability who are currently suffering in silence to make their voices be heard, to make their voices matter & to make their voices in helping to raise awareness of such conditions through the Power of Music whilst also highlighting the importance of Inclusivity & bringing our younger members of society 'together as one'

The Pride of TIF 2026 is offically a SELL OUT & thus we would like to thank each & everyone of you who have purchased your tickets for coming along from numerous parts of the country to show your support for our TIF Derby Superstars & for contining to support The Invisible Friends Charity (TIF) too

The Invisible Friends TIF Derby Choir are beyond excited to be singing at Derby Pride again this year! This is an event so close to our hearts as it unites and brings the City of Derby & beyond 'together as one' providing a family friendly funfilled safe place where everyone can embrace & be proud of being who they were born to be!

🌟💙 TIF Super Star Spotlight🌟💙

In today's TIF Super Star Spotlight wr bring to you a 'Sneeky Peak' of 1 of our other TIFlings Charlotte AKA 'Little C' who is 7 years old (VERY NEARLY 8!) Charlotte AKA 'Little C' had been a much loved, super cute, hilarious & well loved member od our TIF Derby Choir for about a year now & my goodness has she grown in SO many ways during such a short space of time on her TIF Journey.

Charlotte has a big brother and a big sister who are also members of our TIF Derby Choir & she so desperately wanted to become a member herself so much so that every week when she came with Mum to drop off and clect her Brother & Sister she kept saying 'Only 1 more biethday to go until I can join too!' Generally our TIFlings start their journey with TIF around the age of 8 but we do allow younger one's to have a trial session & if it is agreed all round that they are ready to begin their journey with TIF at a younger age we absolutley allow them to do so and Charlotte just so happens to be 1 of those TIFlings!

This bubbly bundle of pure joy, happiness, laughter & so muxh love to share with us all at TIF Derby & not only did she do herself proud taking on a MASSIVE role abd responsibility of Understudying ALL the other TIFlings Solo at our Gig last Thursday, she made her whole 'Chosen Family' Proud too! She even gained herself a very well deserved massive round of applause before having even finished singing her solo parts in 'Roar' too!

This little Pocket Rocket dares to DREAM BIG & whilst she prefers to sing songs she had a solo in, at such a young age she also understands and respects the importance of also singing LOUD and PROUD in all of the other Choir Songs too! And whatsmore, she has gone from needing regular extra 20 minute 'mini breaks' during rehearsals on a Friday evening to managing just having her breaks when the resr of the chour have theirs! To be able to maintain focus, pick up harmonies after being taught them just once or twice & be an active & committed member of our TIF Derby Choir at such a young age is admirable to say the least!

Little C we are SUPER PROUD of this performance & we are even more proud of how much you have grown both as the sassy, kind & supportive member od TIF Derby who had become a wonderful friend to us all & as the naturally talented but much more confident little singer you have become too!

💙🌟TIF DERBY STAR OF THE DAY 🌟💙

Today we are putting 1 of our TIFlings in the Spotlight as our TIF Derby 'Star of the Day' Charlotte/Little C!

This little Pocket Roket is just about to turn 8 & took on a MASSIVE role in being the 'TIFlings' Understudy at 1 of our gigs last Thursday & my goodness did she do us proud!

Little C, your confidence has grown SO much over the past few months especially & you are shining even more brightly than before right now. To have such commitment, such dedication & so much LOVE in being a member of TIF Derby at such a young age is so inspiring.

You blew us all away with this performance - and not just your Mum & your 'Chosen Family' who were at this gig but also to every other person in that room too who were watching you with such amazement in their eyes too! In favt, you got a MASSIVE round of applause even before you went on to hit the SUPER BIG notes in this video!

Keep shining bright Little C and never change becsuse you our little TIFling are an absolute pleasure and a true blessing to work with, to sing with and to share each and every stage with!

💙🌟TIF Super Star Spotlight 🌟💙

In the Spotlight today we have Sophie! Sophie is one of our longest standing members of TIF & has grown SO much both as a member of the choir, a singer and an amazing young lady!

Not only does she do a fine job of leading our Soprano's, she also takes pride in being a role model to our TIFlings and younger members of th3 choir helping them to focus during rehearsals and providing them with the vocal support and the emotional support they sometimes need at rehearsals and at gigs too.

Here is a snippet of Sophie singing 'Speechless' at our Summer Showcase with pride, with courage and with 100% commitment, dedication & hard work to both her vocals and her performance!

Our TIF Derby Choir are beyond excited & extremley humbled to be performing LIVE on the MAIN STAGE again at Derby Pride 2026 🎶🙏

Gareth Gates is Headlining this year - It is such a privellage for our TIF Derby Choir of Superstars to be singing on the same stage as the Runner Up of the National TV show (Pop Idol Uk 2002) A huge amount of thanks & gratitude goes to the Team at Derby Pride for providing our TIF Derby Choir with such an AMAZING, FABULOUS, FUNFILLED performance opportunity - one that to some some of our members will have become a 'Dream
Come True' whilst for others it enables them to find the self- confidence, the self-esteem & the self-believe to get up there and sing LOUD and PROUD!

Derby Pride 2026 takes place on Saturday 12th September - an event that focuses on the importance of inclusivity & an event thst sllows SO many people to fine their true authentic selves & dan event that allows them to be whontheynwere simply norn to be!

Derby Pride is an event thay's fun for the whole family to enjoy with performances throughout th3 day, a Funfaire AND the Families area!

💙⭐️ MEMBERS PERSONAL GROWTH & PROGRESS ⭐️💙

The Invisible Friends Charity isn't just about thr art of 'Choral Singing'and the 'Piwer of Music' - as a Charity it isnequally as important for us to spend some time encouraging, foucing on, helping to develop and celebrate our TIF Derby Choir of Superstars personal growth, achievemtns and success too!

And at Friday's rehearsal we did just that! Oliver has never been so proud to have shared his Certificate and Trophy from St Martins School, Derby in recognition of his Kindess at School and would you believe it? Oliver's Kindness shines through SO mucu at TIF too! Well Done Oliver we are all extremley proud of you!

Caitlin also proudly presented the medal she got from taking part in the 'sports day' at STEPS Derby too! There is nothing this amazing young lady cannot do when she puts her mind to it! What a fantastic achievement Caitlin. We are all super proud of you too!

Today's TIF Derby 'Star of the Day' is one of our newest members Lilly!

Having only been a member of TIF for a matter of month this brifht, bubbly young lady had grown so much in confidence both as a person, a member of the choir & a singer!

She is super kind & supportive to all other membeds, she focuses hard in rehearsals and somehow manages to naturally remember any harmonies taught the week before with openly admitting she hadnt gone home and carried on learning or working on them! Honesty is the best policy ahd something that all our members are encourged to be in all aspects of their lives!

Well done Lilly! Keep working hard, keep believing in your ABILITIES and never change!

💙🌟 TIF Derby Super Star Spotlight 🌟💙

Whilst The Invisible Friends Charity (1172532) focuses mainly on raising awareness of Invisible Disabilities within our younver generation whilst also promoting the impirtance od inclusicity through the art and the power of Choral (Choir) Singing; we also take pride in providing our members who wish to do so with the opportunity to sing live on their own (or with another member of the choir) at our TIF Spring & Summer Showcases and our TIF Christmas Concert too.

By doing so we are helping some members to find their individual unique voices, to believe in & take pride in their individual uniquie voices, to help them find their self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth and we are helping other members to continue to build up their confidence to sing on their own, leading them to discover for themselves their ABILITY to sing on their own and most importantly to ensure they ALL know how incredibly proud of themselves that they deserve to be!

In the Spotlight today we are showcasing our oldest 'TIFling' Peyton! Peyton is 9 years old & only started her journey with TIF Derby last year. One year later & she was selected to be 1 of 2 Understudies for the WHOLE Choir requiring her to learn every single solo & duo part in every single song ready to step in at gigs when certain memners who have a solo or duo part in the songs are unable to attend. At 1 gig in particular this year, Peyton 'carried the choir' through all but 1 of 5 songs that day due to numerous members not being able to attend. And the 5th song? Peyton had her own solo parts to sing! But she did it with such confidence and with so much professionlism too! To be able to stand up on a big stahe, at rhe age of 9 to sing 1 or 2 solo parts in 1 or 2 songs is quite a big deal - this day Peyton sang Solo in EVERY SINGLE SONG! She is such a strong & powerful singer for one still so young and we are extremley proud of her!
