Have Your Say on our proposed merger 📢

We're inviting our residents to share their views on our proposed merger with neighbouring housing association, Southway Housing

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and tell us what you think. Your feedback will play an important role in the future direction and priorities of the new organisation if the merger goes ahead.

Your response will be carefully considered before our Boards make a decision later this year.

You can complete the survey:

💻Online: If you’re receiving an online survey on Friday 26th June

📞Over the phone: by speaking to our Customer Hub

🗣️In person: by coming to one of our drop-in sessions

✉️ By post: If you’ve received a hard copy survey with a pre-paid return envelope

The best ideas for improving services come from the people who use them 🤝

Last week, residents joined us to share their experiences and ideas about how we can better support people with disabilities. Thank you to everyone who took part and spoke so openly 💙

There’s still time to get involved if you'd like to share your views!

We have online and in-person sessions coming up over the next few days, with step-free access, captions for online sessions and plenty of breaks to help make taking part as comfortable as possible 😊

Fly-tipping has no place in our neighbourhoods 👏

Our Neighbourhoods team recently acted quickly after waste was dumped inside the gated area at Brookway Court. Using CCTV from the scheme, the team were able to see who was responsible and arrange for the area to be cleaned up promptly, helping keep the communal space clean, safe and welcoming for our residents.

To make sure the wider community isn’t left out of pocket, the cost of removing the rubbish will be recharged directly to the person responsible.

This is a great example of how CCTV can support investigations and help us take fair action when issues like fly-tipping happen in our communities!

We know how important it is for you to feel proud of where you live, and we’ll continue working with you to tackle issues that affect shared spaces 💚
