A couple of weeks ago we attended the Live Longer Better event with Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership, thanks to the support of The National Lottery Community Fund.

At the event we have anyone who tried the adapted bikes, a free voucher to come and try them at our base at Stanborough Park

We have a series of free sessions for adults who would like to learn to ride a bike, or regain confidence riding a 2 wheel bike.

We also have basic bike maintenance sessions in Baldock and Hertford. These practical sessions cover safety checks, mending punctures, adjusting brakes and gears.
