Sanctuary TW7 was set up in November 2020 to be an online community for the locals in the TW7 postcode....and beyond. Our philosophy is that everybody should feel supported, cared for, informed and welcome. We share local information, self-help advice, community groups and events, fun ideas, and on Sundays we share brief prayers that are non-committal and will suit everyone, regardless of race, cr
eed, faith or non faith. We share podcasts on Podbean, where we share our prayers, poems, mediations (Be Kind, Unwind) and interviews with our friends called '10 minutes with...'. Facebook is the place we enjoy 'Soulful Saturday', where we can all share some great music, mainly with YouTube videos, so we can listen to music together. We have an Instagram page, Twitter feed, and we create TikTok videos for everyone to enjoy. We love seeing our followers liking our posts, commenting or even sharing posts on our pages and videos, because taking part in daily chatting is very healthy and helpful to us all. So please like our pages, comment on them and share.....
There are some rules:

We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
2. No Hate Speech or Bullying
Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying if any kind will not be allowed and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
3. Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions are great, but should also be mindful of others. Comments should be sensitive and fair and no one should feel set apart. Be kind.
