Hope starts here
The club will host an unofficial walk coinciding with Darkness into Light at 4.15am on Saturday week, 9 May.
The 5K walk will start in the village at MRRC and finish at the Rusheen in time for us to see the sun rise over the lake.
This is a taster event with a view to exploring running an official Darkness into Light event next year.
We want this to be a simple but inspiring event that can symbolise hope as our community comes together to support mental health, su***de and self-harm prevention.
On the morning, there will be a collection for anyone who wants to make a donation and this will go to one of our local mental health charities in the area.
This is an opportunity to come along and connect and to bring hope to those who need it right now.

What a morning 🌧️

Thank you to absolutely everyone who donated flowers, cakes, buns, biscuits, sweet treats, tray bakes, jam, eggs and more to our bake sale this morning. We are in awe of your talents and are so grateful for all your help.
