Kacey, an Ullapool local, brings a wealth of knowledge after earning a Sport & Exercise Science degree from Abertay University. She is currently a Level 2 Gym Instructor, she’s also leveling up to become a L3 PT and Nutrition Specialist.

Kacey will be creating some content around:

✅ General Health

✅ Fitness Tips
